Direct competitive inhibition ELISA using immobilized anti-AFM1 (ICP1798, 0.2 ug/uL) and AFM1-HRP (ICP1788, 0.1 µg/mL), 50% inhibition occurred at 0.5-1 ng/mL of free AFM1 in a non-optimized conditions. |
